We have been operating in the meetings market for more than 30 years. We offer more than just the organization of conferences, conventions, congresses and educational meetings. We are with you at every stage of preparation and implementation. We approach all the tasks set before us with equal care and commitment. No project is too big or too small for us.

WHAT DO WE DO?

If you entrust us with your event, we will take care of the following:
  • Event venue - in finding the perfect place to hold the meeting. We will cooperate and negotiate with the venue and take care of every detail;
  • Event visual identity - we will develop a consistent and complete visual identity for the event including posters, programs, website, badges, banners, venue advertising, etc.;
  • Website - we will create a dedicated website for the event;
  • Registration system - we have our own proprietary participant registration system, which we will customize for your event;
  • Financial handling - we will coordinate participants' payments and take care of issuing and sending invoices. After the event, we will prepare a detailed accounting of contributions;
  • Hotel reservations - thanks to the registration system module, participants can make hotel reservations through the registration form;
  • Abstract acceptance system - we have a proprietary system for managing scientific papers, which includes: acceptance of abstracts, online review, automatic dispatch of information on the qualification of papers, creation of a book of abstracts;
  • Certification - we will prepare and submit INFARMA, MedTech and Polmed certification applications;
  • VIP - we will arrange travel and stay of invited lecturers;
  • Sponsors - we will make arrangements and paperwork with event sponsors;
  • Multimedia - we work with a professional multimedia company that will provide your event with a modern technical setting;
  • Company exhibition - we will prepare the exhibition space with technical plan and equipment;
  • Associated events - we will organize workshops, courses, banquets, concerts, etc.;
  • Electronic poster session - we offer a solution that does not require a large number of boards and printing of posters. The works are presented on several plasma screens, and the system allows you to search and evaluate the works (by title, authors, number);
  • Reception service - our qualified staff will provide a good first impression. Thanks to our system, registration of 1 participant will take no more than 16 seconds!;
  • Conference materials - we will design and coordinate the production of original materials for participants.
We offer you our proprietary online registration and event reception system.  With its extensive modules, the system will improve the management of such aspects of the meeting as:
  • Website - creation of a dedicated event website;
  • Online participant registration - creating a dedicated registration form, managing the list of participants;
  • Communication with participants - possibility to create dedicated mailings and sms dispatch;
  • Additional services - managing additional orders from participants (e.g., dinner, workshops, tours, etc.);
  • Participant Zone - create an individual participant account, through which he has an overview of the details of his registration, important announcements, etc..;

System dedicated to scientific societies, enabling efficient management of submitted papers:
  • Abstract submission form - prepared according to customer requirements;
  • Reviewer Zone - reviewers selected by the Scientific Committee have access to an individual account where they will find information about the papers assigned for review, review forms and the evaluation stage of individual abstracts;
  • Abstract management system - list of abstracts with the ability to view, group, assign to individual sessions, accept/reject work, send personalized messages;
  • Substantive program creation - automatic program creation by assigning individual works to sessions;
  • Creating a book of abstracts - the ability to download all abstracts in a form ready for publication;
  • Electronic poster session - papers are presented on several plasma screens, and the system allows to search and evaluate papers (by title, authors, number)
